There are two ways to reserve your rooms at the Hershey Lodge:
Make your reservations to the Hershey Lodge online - click here to go to the Hershey Lodge ECC reservation page
Print and mail in a housing form - 2009 Housing Form (PDF)
Please reserve your room now as rooms are limited. If you are using a credit card to reserve your room, whether online or through the convention office, your card will not be charged until you check in. You have until 72 hours before November 13 in order to cancel your room.
The file is in Adobe PDF format. You'll need the Adobe reader program, if you don't already have it you can download it for free.
If you can not download and print the housing form or if you need additional information, please Email at info@easterncc.com or call the Convention Office at (410) 836-6102.
